To obtain a mortgage in Spain you will need:

For Russian citizens: certificate of income in form 2-NDFL for the last 12 months or for the current and previous year. For citizens of other countries - a similar certificate or income declaration from the tax authorities for the same period.
Bank account statement for the last 3-6 months indicating the balance.

Certificate of no criminal record
It is recommended to obtain a police clearance certificate in your country of permanent residence in advance. This apostille certificate is required for non-residents of Spain if the property is located in a military zone. Verification of the location of the property is carried out through a special certificate from the Spanish Property Register.
